TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Aviv Home, you agree to the following terms.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND NATURAL VARIATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because our serving boards are made from natural wood, variations in grain, color, tone, markings, and other natural characteristics are expected. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and the device or screen used to view our website.
PRODUCT USE AND CARE
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care or use instructions provided with the product.
Aviv Home is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, alteration, neglect, or use inconsistent with provided instructions.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at helloavivhome@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept eligible returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and returned in its complete original, resalable condition. All original components and packaging must be included, including the board, protective wrapping, cards and inserts, Aviv Home presentation box, protective foam packaging, and original outer shipping carton.
The Aviv Home presentation box is part of the product and gift presentation. It must be returned clean, undamaged, unmarked, and suitable for resale.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or removed from their protective product wrapping are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Returns with missing, damaged, altered, marked, or discarded packaging, presentation boxes, cards, inserts, or other original components may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Products should be securely repacked using the original protective packaging and shipping materials to help prevent damage during return transit. Returns that are damaged because of inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at helloavivhome@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. These situations will be handled separately and are not subject to the change-of-mind return shipping requirement.
Please contact us at helloavivhome@gmail.com before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Nothing in this return policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Aviv Home name, branding, photographs, product descriptions, designs, graphics, and other original website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aviv Home and Field Health Advocacy, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
