RETURN POLICY
We want you to be pleased with your Aviv Home purchase. We accept eligible returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and returned in its complete original, resalable condition.
All original components and packaging must be included, including the board, protective wrapping, cards and inserts, Aviv Home presentation box, protective foam packaging, and original outer shipping carton.
The Aviv Home presentation box is part of the product and gift presentation. It must be returned clean, undamaged, unmarked, and suitable for resale.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or removed from their protective product wrapping are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Returns with missing, damaged, altered, marked, or discarded packaging, presentation boxes, cards, inserts, or other original components may not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Products must be securely repacked using the original protective packaging and shipping materials to help prevent damage during return transit. Returns that are damaged because of inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at helloavivhome@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be handled separately and are not subject to the change-of-mind return shipping requirement.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please contact us at helloavivhome@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions.
Do not send a return without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
